The terms that govern your use of Aartha.

We are Aartha AI Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We operate Aartha.ai and related products and services (the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Contact: support@aartha.ai.
1. Our Services
Information about the Services, including descriptions, pricing, and availability, may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, which we may correct without prior notice. The Services are not intended for use where such use would violate local law; users accessing from other locations are responsible for compliance.
2. Intellectual property rights
We own all intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photos, graphics (the "Content"), and all trademarks and logos (the "Marks"). We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print portions of Content you have properly accessed, solely for your internal use. No part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without our express written permission. For permission requests, contact support@aartha.ai.
3. User representations
By using the Services you represent and warrant that: you have legal capacity and agree to these Legal Terms; you are not a minor in your jurisdiction; you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. Prohibited activities
You may not, among other things: systematically retrieve data to create compilations without permission; deceive or defraud users; circumvent security or content-protection features; disparage or harm us or the Services; harass, abuse, or harm others; misuse support services; engage in automated use (bots, scripts, scraping, data mining); remove copyright or proprietary notices; impersonate another user; upload tracking or malicious code; interfere with or disrupt the Services; reverse engineer the software except as permitted by law; or use the Services to compete with us or for unauthorized commercial endeavors.
5. User generated contributions
The Services may provide opportunities to submit content ("Contributions"). You are solely responsible for your Contributions and represent that they are lawful, original (or properly licensed), and not confidential, and that they comply with the Prohibited Activities section.
6. Contribution license
By sending us questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback ("Submissions"), you assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submissions, and we may use and disseminate them for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation. You retain ownership of your other Contributions.
7. Services management
We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take appropriate legal action, refuse or restrict access, remove burdensome or unlawful content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.
8. Term and termination
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to the Services to any person for any reason, including breach of these Legal Terms or applicable law, and may terminate your account or delete your content at any time.
9. Modifications and interruptions
We may change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice, and we are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times.
10. Governing law
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and you and Aartha AI Inc. consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
11. Dispute resolution
The parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least 90 days before arbitration. Disputes shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration (one arbitrator; seat: Delaware; language: English) under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber. Arbitration is on an individual basis only — no class actions. Disputes concerning intellectual property, theft/piracy/privacy, or claims for injunctive relief are excepted.
12. Corrections
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, which we may correct at any time without prior notice.
13. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the Services and assume no liability for errors, personal injury, unauthorized access, transmission interruptions, or malware.
14. Limitations of liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so some may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Legal Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
16. User data
We maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services to manage performance and your use. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for your data and waive any right of action against us for loss or corruption.
17. Electronic communications, transactions, and signatures
By using the Services you consent to receive electronic communications and agree that electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, and you consent to electronic signatures.
18. Miscellaneous
These Legal Terms and any policies posted on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is severable and does not affect the remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created.
