Cookie Policy
How Aartha uses cookies — and how to control them.
Last updated: June 22, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Aartha AI Inc. ("Aartha," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on aartha.ai and our web application (the "Services"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information. Questions? Email support@aartha.ai.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and provide information to the site owner. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, web beacons, and local storage — we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.
Cookies set by us are "first-party" cookies. Cookies set by others (for example, our analytics or video providers) are "third-party" cookies.
Why we use cookies
We use cookies to:
- keep the Services secure and detect or prevent fraud and abuse;
- enable core functionality, such as keeping you signed in to the web app;
- remember your preferences and settings;
- understand how the Services are used so we can measure and improve performance; and
- measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
The categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the Services to function — for example, authentication, session management, security, and load balancing. These cannot be switched off in our systems. Without them, parts of the Services will not work.
Performance & analytics
Help us understand how visitors interact with the Services (which pages are visited, how long, and whether errors occur) so we can improve them. These may be set by third-party analytics providers. If you disable these, we lose insight into usage but the Services still function.
Functionality
Remember choices you make (such as preferences) to provide a more personalized experience.
Targeting & advertising
Used to measure and, where applicable, tailor marketing. We do not sell your personal information. Some pages may embed third-party content (for example, YouTube videos), and those providers may set their own cookies.
Third-party cookies
Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud, and we may use third-party services for analytics, embedded media, and marketing measurement. These third parties may set cookies subject to their own privacy and cookie policies, which we do not control. The AI capabilities of our platform are delivered via providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Cloud AI, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How long cookies last
- Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
How to manage your cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or remove cookies; doing so may affect parts of the Services (for example, you may be signed out or lose saved preferences). See your browser's help pages:
- Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge each provide cookie controls in their privacy/settings menus.
You can also opt out of many third-party advertising cookies via industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or Your Online Choices (youronlinechoices.eu). We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no common standard has been finalized.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and encourage you to review it periodically.
