We process your information to: facilitate account creation and authentication; manage user accounts; provide, improve, and administer our Services; communicate with you; prevent fraud and enhance security; comply with legal obligations; and save or protect vital interests.
3. What legal bases do we rely on?
EU/UK users: consent (with the right to withdraw), legal obligations, and protection of vital interests. Canadian users: express or implied consent, plus legal exceptions including fraud detection, business transactions, and compliance with court orders.
4. When and with whom do we share your information?
We may share information in connection with business transfers, mergers, or acquisitions; with affiliates (who must honor this Privacy Notice); and with business partners to offer products or services. We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months.

6. Do we offer AI-based products?
We offer AI applications and AI automation through third-party AI service providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Cloud AI. Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with these providers to enable the AI Products. You must comply with the applicable AI service provider terms.
7. How long do we keep your information?
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice or as required by law — generally for the duration of your account. When there is no legitimate business need, we delete or anonymize it, or securely store and isolate it where deletion is not immediately possible.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please access the Services only within a secure environment.
9. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or are a parent/guardian consenting to a minor's use. If we learn we have collected information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. Contact support@aartha.ai with any concerns.
10. What are your privacy rights?
Depending on your location (including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@aartha.ai.
11. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track ("DNT") browser signals, as no uniform standard has been finalized. We will inform you of any future changes in a revised version of this notice.
12. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain copies of their personal data, to non-discrimination, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. California's "Shine The Light" law lets residents request, once per year, information about disclosures to third parties for direct marketing.
