Aartha Notes makes it easy to manage your customers by automatically generating call summaries and sentiment, and managing your workflow.
Install

Go to https://app.aartha.ai/integrations

Click on the Zoom Icon

Click on Authorize Via Zoom

Sign in to Zoom

Confirm permissions, click Authorize
Uninstall

Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace

Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Aartha Notes
-
Click Uninstall
-
Confirm dialogue, click Uninstall
-
This will stop Aartha’s platform from pulling new call recordings.

If you want to delete the old recordings, please get in touch with support@aartha.ai

In addition, we will clean out old recordings of any PII based on the usage policy defined in the privacy policy and terms of use.
Calendar Integrations

Go to https://app.aartha.ai/integrations

Connect your Calendar (Google or Microsoft)

Aartha Notes can join any meeting with a Zoom video conference invite link. No separate installation is required for the Zoom App.

If you don't want any call recorded, remove the bot from the meeting.
