How can user reach support?

Aartha AI inc. provides multi-level support SLA depending on the plan purchased.
Our First response SLA is 2 days. Beyond that, based on the customer plan, we will respond to bugs and
enhancements depending on the customer plan and engagement model.
What is Aartha's Support SLA?

Aartha's AI platform is compliant with GDPR, SOC2, and CCPA. You can request access to our security
