  • Mon-Fri: 10 am – 5 pm PST

  • We are closed on all official US government holidays.

Is Aartha’s Platform compliant?

  • Aartha’s AI platform is compliant with GDPR, SOC2, and CCPA.  You can request access to our security policies and documentation by emailing us at support@aartha.ai

What is Aartha’s Support SLA?

  • Aartha AI inc. provides multi-level support SLA depending on the plan purchased.

  • Our First response SLA is 2 days. Beyond that, based on the customer plan, we will respond to bugs and enhancements depending on the customer plan and engagement model.
