We’ve spent our careers building and scaling customer experience systems at companies like Reputation, Zynga, and Meta. Along the way, we saw the same story repeat itself: account managers overwhelmed with manual tasks, leaders blind to revenue risks, and agencies struggling to keep clients because key data was scattered across CRMs, Slack, emails, and spreadsheets.
